EHP-600 Warranty Regulations and Terms

 

Term1 Our warranty covers change the players within 15 days and 1 year’s maintenances.

Term2 Products warranty: for product quality we provide 1 year’s warranty. If quality problem happens not artificially caused within one year, we offer free maintenance and guarantee to finish it within 5 working days after receiving products.

Term3 We provide free updating service about products firmware with the most newest version. Otherwise you can ask for our local distributors for updating firmware.

Term4 If the products are out of warranty, cost expense for changing parts of the products need to be charged when maintenance.

Term5 Please keep the code on the player, warranty and receipt well when maintenance, as the warranty starts from the date you purchase.

Term6 the following situations are not covered by our warranty:

a.       Damaged and caused by natural disasters such as act of God

b.       Damaged by wrong keeping and maintenance.

c.       Destroyed during transportation and loading

d.       Damage caused by any disassembly, repair and alteration on the products without our company authorization.

e.       The part number, code, related receipt (invoice) and warranty are not accordant or altered.
